1 800 905 GEEK (a Geeks On Call Company) is America’s leading independent provider of on-site and telephone computer support for homes and businesses. A great name, excellent reputation, certified technicians, and outstanding corporate support make us stand apart from the crowd. 1 800 905 GEEK offers geographical territories to manage a mobile work force that produces two revenue streams. These include the home computer support (fix, sale of hardware/software, education and installations) as well as commercial service agreements for small and medium businesses. All advertising and marketing is geared toward the vanity number 1 800 905 GEEK which is responded to by a call center in Norfolk, VA. This call center is open 7 days a week. The technicians are tested, trained and then supported by a group of Engineers. They work out of PT Cruisers with the 800 905 GEEK logo on the sides making the vehicle a moving billboard.

Training:

Monday to Friday training which include three days of training for technicians. Techs must be at least A+ certified or equivalent (BA of Computer Science), they are tested by our Operations Department and then they have three days of training in our Norfolk office. The franchisees participate in a five day training session which covers Ops, Mktg, Advertising, Budgeting, Managing their staff, etc.
